You chose interior, original colour, moderate durability, moderate sheen.
A non-oil based clear furniture wax is easy to apply and it leaves a really smooth surface.
Wood should be sanded up to no higher than 150 grit prior to applying. Any higher, and the wood won't be able to absorb the wax effectively.
Can be applied to bare wood or over any existing finishes but if using multiple different finishes it should only ever be used last - i.e. should never be applied before any other type of finish.
Apply using a clean cotton cloth, 0000 steel wool or a paint brush and wipe away excess.
To achieve more sheen, apply a few coats and do lots of buffing in between each coat.
